When you send a request we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile phone number, email address, the task location, a description of the task, timing, and any photo you choose to attach.

We use your information only to review your request, quote it, complete the task, and stay in touch with you about it. We do not sell your information.

We share only what is necessary to complete a task, for example giving a retailer an order number or confirming a delivery window with a service provider. Service providers may process customer information only as necessary to provide services on behalf of I Handle It.

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to text communications, we use your number for service-related messages about your request, scheduling, payment, service updates, and completion. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help at any time.

Occasional promotional text messages and offers are sent only where you have separately opted in. Marketing consent is never required to submit a request or receive services.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information associated with your requests by contacting us.
